8" Cakes

Each 8" cake is made of four layers of delicious sponge cake sandwiched between smooth and creamy buttercream and silky conserve (if applicable.)
Each cake is then covered with a creamy chocolate ganche and some designs finished with smooth sugarpaste.
A 8" cake will comfortably serve 24-36 when cut using the cake cutting guide.
